Terms of Service

Our Guarantee

We offer a 30-day “no quibble” guarantee on all products.  If for any reason you are unhappy with you order please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund of your purchase price.  The refund will be processed back to the credit/debit card used to make your original purchase.  The return address to use is Key TV Limited, PO Box 411, Altrincham WA14 5WY. 

If you return a product to us please ensure that you return all product components - instructional booklets, and DVDs, carry cases, et cetera (including anything which was provided free of charge).  A charge will be levied on all incomplete product returns.

Order Delivery              

Most products are delivered via courier and require a customer signature upon receipt.  The delivery time will vary according to order destination.   If our couriers experience difficulties whilst attempting to deliver your order they may contact you by telephone or leave a card containing collection or re-delivery details.

 

VAT

Key-Golf.com is required to charge VAT (value added tax) on all orders dispatched to countries within the European Union.  All on-screen prices are inclusive of VAT and the VAT calculation will be displayed prior to finalisation of your order. 

VAT will be deducted from the final cost of your order if the delivery address is outside the European Union.

Collection and Use of Personal Information About Customers

The information we learn from customers helps us continually improve your shopping experience. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us.  We also use this information to improve our online store, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website and enable third parties to carry out fulfilment and processing functions on our behalf.

In addition, we receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Key-Golf.com.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide features such as your shopping basket.  The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. Do Key-Golf.com share the personal information they receive?

Information about our customers is extremely important to us and our primary business is not to sell it to others. We only share information as described below and to specially selected trading partners.

Agents: we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments & refunds and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.  Further, they must process the personal information as permitted by the UK's Data Protection Act.

 

Protection: we release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law.  This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Key TV Limited does not participate in, and strongly objects to the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). Key TV Limited will never sell your email address.

We will use your email address to update you about the status of your order.

• For example, when you place an order, we email your order confirmation.
• If there is a backorder situation, we alert you with expected shipment dates via email.
• Or to respond to any query from yourself.

If you have agreed to receive our newsletter, we will also send you periodic emails alerting you to special promotions and new products.

Security

It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.

We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities. For example, courier companies or shipments which are delivered direct from the manufacturer require that we give provide a customer name, shipping address and contact phone number.
